boring yet fun.

this weekend had been a boring yet fun weekend for me. haha. firstly, Friday, went to meet Joel for lunch at airport after school. he was there to see Evan but he didn't get to see him. haha. after lunch, i came back home to change and go Vivo. when Joel stepped into my house, Valerie (my niece) keep starring at him and she actually feel shy. lols.

before going to Vivo, we went to pre-order "Jay Chou On The Run" and at the same time i bought Energy's album. Jay's album is actually $18.95 only. i thought it'll be $20 plus. anyway, i have to wait till 2 November then collect the album. took bus 80 from Hougang bus interchange to Harbourfront. i find that the journey is not as long as the one i took from Jurong to Hougang, two hours of bus ride really make my butt pain. haha.

reached Vivo quite early and walked around before going for the SHA roadshow. Joel got to know from his friend that there's a queue there where you can get free SHA tickets for Saturday's SHA. but it's only for Singtel subscriber. he manage to get two free tickets. haha. so the both of us are going. =)

Evan was the first to perform followed by Li Ji Han, Ting Zhu, Sam and lastly Tank. Ting Zhu's performance was cool. i'm amazed by the recording thing that she use. i don't like the sound system there. it's like one side of the speaker will be loud for a while then suddenly the other speaker will be loud.

went to meet Ruiling after that. 3 of us took bus 80 back to Hougang. Joel alighted first and i accompany Ruiling and alighted at the same stop as her and took bus 88 back home.


27 October 2007, Saturday, Singapore Hits Awards
meet Joel for early dinner at Hougang Point before going to indoor. we thought we will be late for the red carpet. but we manage to reach there by 7pm. went in to indoor and we were finding the red carpet. asked the indoor staff if there's any red carpet and their reply was there's no red carpet today. felt so cheated. but in the end, the "red carpet" was just welcoming those guest to come out from the stage and had a short interview with them only =.=

Fahrenheit's fans is like occupying more than half the indoor. they really scream like siao can. tsk tsk. there's these few Fahrenheit's fans behind us keep asking us to shut up when we cheer for Tank and Evan. wth! it's like this type of award presentation ceremony got fans scream then the atmosphere will feel high mah. when you guys scream for Fahrenheit did we stop you? We didn't even stop you from screaming and your scream is at a very high pitch loh! my ear drum almost burst. forget it. it's unless to be so pissed off over such a small thing.

i must say that i LOVE Evan's "LIVE". his 'Wo Ke Yi' is so HIGH!! especially the part where the whole indoor is singing with him. but sad to say, i don't see any Evan's board but there's a lot of them cheering for him. but he only sang one song. Tank's unplugged was nice too. all those SHE's song and his song we combined.

Angela's voice is really powerful. Fahrenheit's singing got improve. but the improvement is only on 'Ai Dao' and maybe a bit on 'Zhi Dui Ni You Gan Jue'. maybe bcos Hebe was not there to sing her part so they screw up Hebe's part. the 'Bu Hui Ai' is totally......i shall not say. you should know what i mean.

the whole thing ended at about 12am. Joel and i were rushing for the last bus 70 and we really ran to the bus-stop which is quite far away from indoor. luckily we manage to catch the last bus 70.

oh ya, when the both of us reached indoor, we keep discussing about the seats in indoor and which view should we buy for Jay's concert. lols. but luckily i think my view for Xiaozhu's concert is not bad. =)

end my day with my title, it's a boring yet fun award presentation. hah.

just finish doing five questions of IAC assignment. i prefer the horizontal format for trading, P/L. hee.

BCM was cancelled and no one told me until Jiaying told me during MPS tutorial. luckily we're off early today. cos my tummy also not feeling well. went to Century Square for lunch with Juliana, Soon Yan and Suvin. feel quite odd to join them for lunch cos we really didn't talk much. feel so bad to join them and make them so quiet when they're eating. after eating i went off first cos my tummy really isn't feeling well.

talking about MPS, our lecture will be away to Beijing from tomorrow till Saturday. so there will not be any tutorial on Wednesday but there'll be a lecture at the lecture hall by Ms Koh. so Wednesday i'll go school only at 1pm. =)

today is the priority sale of Jay Chou concert tickets. Joel tried so hard to get in to sistic to purchase it. lols. i think i'll wait for the additional one then i'll buy my tickets because the tickets are selling real fast! just went to the website and it's also single seats for the $198 category. wow~~~ i'm sure there's gonna be an additional one, if not how about those without OCBC credit card people who wanted to go for the concert but in the end no more seats already. told Joel that we'll make sure we buy the additional one as soon as possible once it's announce. i'd miss his past few concert but i don't wanna miss this concert.

my mom told me that my auntie called this afternoon asking me if i have the time to work during the weekend for two weeks at Takashimaya. but i hate to work when i'm school-ling. i tired that in April and i really couldn't afford to be paying attention for all the tutorials on Monday. therefore, i think i'll reject it no matter what. but i have to thanks the lady boss (who is also my first lady boss, the very good one who hired me even though i have no experience for work last year. thank you!) for remembering me and my sister and offer us the job now, but both of us can't work during the weekends. hope she'll manage to find someone to replace us. =)

tomorrow is gonna be a long day, 8am to 3pm. three hours of IAC followed by ....

it's been so long....

woke up only at 11:10am this morning. actually i was awake at 8 plus. all thanks to my niece who came in to my room and wake me up by shouting her language of "wake up!" ate my lunch and went to prepare to go out.

we're suppose to meet 2pm at Orchard mrt station. i was a bit late. *sorry guys* went to grab a bite. then, waited for Winnie to come. head off to Botanic Garden only at 3pm.

when we reached there, we see the Botanic Garden map to location of the Visitor Centre. gosh~ it's like so far from the Tanglin Road gate. walked almost halfway through the Botanic Garden, Ivey decided to give Ms Ng a call. end up Ms Ng said that she'll get someone to fetch us there and she told us to walk back to the Tanglin Road gate =.= but luckily we manage to sit one of the lecturer's car there. there were two cars there and the car that i sat, we had to squeeze 5 person at the back seat. Soon Yan sat on Cheryl's and my lap.

we're super late when we reached there. we feel quite bad as in this was suppose to be CIP but we had to let them wait. but there's other volunteer there. didn't really do much things there. it's like we're having a picnic there. saw lots of dogs there. but i didn't ran away. lols.

oh ya, when we're walking in to the Botanic Garden Visitor centre, we're wondering why GuangYe had to cover his head. he told Athena and me that he had a bad experience. he's scare of walking under tree because last time he got "aim" by the bird shit. lols. he also said that there's once the crows scratch his head. but luckily it's a light scratch, so it's not bleeding.

talking about bird shit. Kelvin was "aim" by a bird and the bird poo on his head. lols. the lecturer who drove us there also got "aim". but luckily the bird poo on his sleeve. next time when you go Botanic Garden, make sure you don't stay below the tree to long. if not i think you will be the bird's next target.

the whole thing ended at 6:30pm and the lecturer is so nice to give us a ride back to the Tanglin gate. the first trip that the lecturer made was a comfortable one cos there's only JiaNing, Winne, Soon Yan, Juliana and me. so it's not so pack. the second trip was very pack though. there's Ivey, Kelvin, GuangYe, Cheryl and Athena squeezing themselves.

took bus 7 back to Orchard. Winnie and Cheryl went off first followed by Soon Yan and Guang Ye. the rest of us went to Shaw Tower, Mac to have our dinner. Juliana said a super duper lame joke. followed by JiaNing saying a lame joke which made so many of them thinking so hard. but i was the first to give up and when she whisper to my ear the answer, i'm totally freezed by that answer. haha.

had an enjoyable yet tiring CIP today.

but seriously, it's been so long since i stepped into Singapore Botanic Garden. there's some changes. there's no more swan on the swan lake. but there's a swan sculpture on the swan =.= and the tree trunk that is printed on the $5 note is much lower compared to the last time i went to Botanic Garden which is like more than 10 years ago. haha.

the lyrics is so cute. my sister comment about the chorus part. she said that it sounded like "Peel Banana Peel Banana Peel Banana Peel Banana Peel Banana". lols. actually it really sounds like if you didn't look at the lyrics. got the info form Joel that Jay's World Tour Concert, Singapore, will be on 19 January 2008. it's just the next day after Jay's birthday. wow~ shall wait for the concert ticket to be on sale. =)


back to blog about my holiday. nothing much happened during my holidays except the stupid rashes. but it's actually not rashes. it's some insect that bite my leg and arm until it looks like rashes. for the past one month, i have been watching dramas like that i'd written for the previous post. i had also packed my room and study room. threw lots of secondary school stuff. but i didn't throw away my POA files. those are my treasure. =)

school started on Monday. this term is gonna be a very busy. i must work hard for this term because i didn't do that well for my last sem. i got two 'A's and one 'C'.
