busy weekends.

had been working for these two days. supervisor called me last week and asked if i can help out during 27 April to 1 May. agreed to work on 28 and 29 April. as for 1 May, because it's a public holiday, so i chose not to work but to rest at home. heehee.

luckily i finished my AFD homework on Thursday when my lecturer only give the homework on Friday. haha. i used to doing a few questions of POA instead of only 1 or 2. haha. finished my homework and i can have more time to rest after i came back from work.

well, there's some nasty customers i met these two days. some say i slow in finding the bags, some keep commenting on the bag when i introduce some other designs for her to see, some keep asking me to be fast cos they're in a rush.

i shall comment on the first point i mention. "slow in finding bags". actually i did try my very best to find the bags as fast as i could. i did say sorry to the customer for waiting so long. the stock in the store-room is not all nicely packed. some are hidden behind and i had to "dig" them out. if i'm slow, why not you go in and find yourself. finding 2 bags is difficult. they're placed at different place. although the one who ask me to hurry DID WENT INTO THE STORE-ROOM! gosh~ i'm shocked to see her there. luckily i was at the door already. if not i think she'll really come in and find me. =.=

second point. "commenting on the bag when i introduce some other designs". it's okay if the customer comment. BUT if there's too much complains, please go design the desire bag that you want. please also note that there's nothing in the world that is PERFECT! so if you have so much complains, why not you go design one and i'm sure you'll LOVE the bag so much. the designer spent time to design one bag out and it got so many comments. they didn't spare a thought for the designer. haiz. this is called "selfish".

third point. "asking me to be fast cos they're in a rush". please don't put all the blame on promoters for being "slow". it's the customers who took so much time to choose the bag and they keep asking we all to speed up. if you're in a hurry, you can always come back another day to buy it. but there won't be any more discounts. i can excuse those who suddenly received a phone call and need to rush off. we did try our best to be fast, so don't keep saying "can you please be faster? i'm in a rush."

from the above points, i think during BFD lesson, i can debate already. BFD always says that we provide services and produce goods. YES! we did provide services and produce goods. satisfy the needs of the society. we did try our very best to satisfy. but sometimes we might not satisfy, cos as what i've said. nothing is perfect in this world! so please spare some thoughts for the promoters. we're human beings too. we have a limit too.

went to the Poh Kim fair after work and i bought 2 tw dramas. one of the drama is quite long ago one. the other one i bought was "Er Zhuo Ju Zhi Wen". shall watch them after i finish watching Corner With Love.

oh ya, went back HS to collect my O Level Cert with Clara on Friday. but she didn't bring her ez-link card or her ic. so she can't take her cert and she had to come back another day to collect it. after i got back my cert, i calculated my L1B4. now then i realised that i got 28 for L1B4. all along i thought i got 30. haha. but anyway, i'm in ite already. two years will pass very fast!
