woke up only at 7:30am to go for the morning jog. i jogged one round only and i start to feel pain on my knee cap. went to run one round only =.=

after jogging, went to the nearby coffeeshop to eat my breakfast. found out that recently i don't eat much. weird~

going k-box with my sister later on =) although her mouth is quite swollen but she didn't say she don't wanna go. must be scare later i going to scold her again for cancelling at the very last minute.
