MK dance workshop

Niunai Dance Workshop.

left my house at 3pm and rush down to city hall mrt station to meet esther. reached there at 3:40pm and so coindence that i saw libin, yi qian, sock hua and one of libin's friend there. told esther we're going to be late already and we hurried off to o school. just stepped out of the mrt station, it's already raining very heavily. why must it rain at that time? i'm wearing my most treasured nike shoe and it's raining outside. while walking to o school, i shouted "Ah~~ my shoe!!". the front part of my shoe is wet! my heart really aches at that time. because the material is leather type. luckily when it's dry, there's no stain of the rain water. phew~

well, reached o school at about 3:55pm. went to the counter there to get the card. after getting our cards, the person told us to wait inside the waiting room. when my sis and i are walking along a pathway to the toilet, we saw niunai inside the dance studio doing some interview thing. went back to tell esther about it. we're just so curious if it's going to be shown on tv. haha. we're learning hip hop dance today. =)

went to the studio at about 4:20pm. waited a while and here comes niunai. he told us that the camera man is going to record the process of niunai teaching the dance. all those who are standing on the left side of the studio quickly go towards their right. haha. the whole scene is just so funny. luckily we were standing on the right side of the studio. haha. niunai saw no one stand on the left side of the studio and he told us not to worry. the camera is just going to aim at him and not us. lol. after he said those things those people listen to what he said and stand back at the left side of the studio.

did some warm-up in the beginning. it's just like physical training, PT lah. we stay at every warm-up position for quite long. there's one warm-up whereby we had to stretch out one of our leg and the other leg is suppose to bend down. when we're doing it halfway through, niunai stood at that position and adjust his microphone. i think he totally forgotten that we stayed at that position for quite long already until i fall behind. but luckily it's not very obvious. the girl behind told me to be careful. =.= all thanks to niunai lah. >.<

after 5 to 10 minutes of warm-up, the acutal lesson starts. i'm super excited becuase i know that this time round he's gonna teach more difficult dance steps. at first i was able to catch up one. but halfway through i'm totally lost. luckily he repeated a few times after a certain steps. when he divide us into two groups to dance that time, i'm super nervous lah. because i didn't manage to catch up the very last part of the dance. each group is suppose to dance twice together with him. on the second time when it's my group's turn, i totally forgotten the middle part dance steps. the worst thing is that i saw niunai looking towards my direction or even looking at me when we're dancing. i just anyhow follow him and i felt so paiseh lah. i shouldn't have worn a yellow shirt that day, it's kinda easy for him to see me. actually i felt kinda bad about it. he spent about 45 minutes teaching and i still didn't dance that well. but i think the time is really too short and the dance steps are really hard for a slow learner like me to follow. haiz. anyway it had already passed. towards the ending, niunai dance solo-ly for us to record and practise at home. i shall watch the video over and over again to remember those steps. seriously, i did enjoy myself in the dance workshop. niunai was a very nice teacher to keep encouraging us. the sensitive word he said made us all so "high". haha. can't wait for him to come back at the end of the year for another dance class. but he didn't say when is the next dance class so we'll just have to wait. anyway, we didn't manage to take a group or solo photo with him. i think because the number of student is this workshop is too large. sobs.

Tank @ K Union.

after the workshop, we rushed down to cine. had a very light dinner there and went to find esther's friend. waited very long there before we go up to level 8. when we reached level 8, we saw lots of people there. followed esther and her friends to get into K Union. the mini showcase by TANK starts at 8pm sharp. TANK was so shocked to see that it's filled with fans inside K Union. it's really FULL. he sang a number of songs there. when he about to sing "du chang qing ge", he said that he need a partner to sing with him becuase that song feature SHE - Selina. haha.

end up our group sabo joel up. shouted his name so loud that the dj and TANK could hear. when joel was on the stage, the dj thought that joel is a girl when she saw him sitting down. lol. i think becauseof is hair bah. lol. joel was so shy when he's on the stage lah. he told TANK to sing the female part of the song. lol. but in the end TANK was so funny that when they're singing halfway through, TANK actually act very girl-ly. lol. his shoulder was lying on joel's shoulder. lol. he "sa jiao" to joel. it's so funny that our group keep laughing. i bet joel was super happy lah. TANK should remember him already.

after he sang finish, he went to rest for a while and came back on stage and held a mini autograph session. bought his album and went on stage to let him sign. he even helped us to write our name there. now i'm addicted to his song already. =X really enjoyed going his mini showcase. thanks to esther and friends.

really enjoyed myself today!!
